Surgery department

The surgery department was founded in 1967. It is designed for 60 beds, half of which is allotted to purulent surgery. The department employs 14 experienced doctors - surgeons.

Doctors constantly enhance their professional level by internship in other clinics, visiting scientific and practical conferences and thorough examination of modern trends of general surgery.
The department is equipped with modern equipment used in full for high-quality surgical interventions and manipulations. "Urgent" assistance is provided around the clock.

Modern technologies of surgery department

In our department, laparoscopic technologies are actively developing in the treatment of pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, for example, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic hemikolectomy, various types of laparoscopic hernioplasty. Separate department doctors are engaged in plastic surgery, mamma plastic.

Today, interventions on the thyroid gland are actively mastered. In the long run, it is planned to introduce modern technologies in the treatment of varicose disease.
The main patients are employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police, the National Guard and members of their families, various state and commercial organizations, private individuals.
Branch today is a combination of professional personnel, the latest surgical technologies and comfort conditions for patients. Every year in the department there is a treatment of about two thousand patients, up to 1.5 thousand surgical interventions are performed. Prolonged experience contributes to the positive results of the treatment of our patients.
