Pharmacy

The pharmacy of the Central Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine carries out providing medicinal products and medical products to patients undergoing treatment and medical examination in our institution.
   

In the structure of the pharmacies there are two main departments: ready-made dosage forms and reception and production department.

The department of finished dosage forms of the pharmacy carries out:

• Procurement of medicinal products and medical products in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 16, 2017, No. 180 on amendments to the national list of basic medicines (for the implementation of the Government Resolution of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine developed and approved by the order of 11.07 .2017 No. 782 "Procedure for determining the volume of requirements for the purchase of medicines and health care institutions that are fully or partially funded from state and local budgets": This procedure establishes the mechanism for determining the need for medicinal products and involves the use of two methods - Method of morbidity and method of consumption;
• Conduct accounting of medicines and medical products in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine of Ukraine dated October 02, 2013, No. 753 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on Medical Products" and the MOH order of 09.09.2014 No. 635 "On Approval of Methodological Recommendations for Drugs and medical products in health care facilities ";
• Replenishment of the information base on the quality assurance of medicines.
• At the same time, the prescription and production department of the pharmacy manufactures non-sterile medicines in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated October 17, 2012, No. 812 "On Approval of the Rules of Production (Manufacturing) and the quality control of medicinal products in pharmacies." "

The input control of the quality of drugs in pharmacies is authorized by an authorized person, appointed by the head of the entity.

The main duties of the authorized person include: 1 conducting input control in obtaining medicines and medical products; 2-checking the correspondence of the received goods by accompanying documents; 3-maintenance of the registry of medicines and medical products received in the pharmacy from the entity; 4-checking the presence in the pharmacy of poor quality and falsified series of medicines and medical products in accordance with the information of the State Service of Ukraine on drugs and drug control; 5-control over the availability of all relevant (in particular licensed) documentation in subjects involving pharmaceutical products.

Pharmacy tasks

In front of the pharmacist pharmacist there are the following tasks:

1. to be part of a team of pharmaceutical support of the hospital, which includes the processes of selection, purchase, rational purpose, dose correction, course with the participation of the pharmacist, the introduction and monitoring of the efficiency and safety of medicines in order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacotherapy;
2. to increase the safety and quality of processes associated with drugs that patients receive in the hospital;
3. Ensure compliance with 7 rules: proper patient, proper dose, proper route of administration (orally, parenterally, etc.), proper duration of treatment, due to the medicinal product, which is available in quality documentation. "
