He is an anesthetist. In 1983 he graduated from Bogomolets Kyiv Medical Institute with a degree in medicine: General Medicine. He completed his internship at the KMI. He has been working at the Central General Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine since 2003. He has the highest qualification category.
