Therapeutic department

The therapeutic department of 60 beds is a structural subdivision of the CG of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, designed to provide highly qualified medical care to patients with a therapeutic profile, a stationary survey of employees of the Ministry of Sun and its subdivisions. The department has a relevant material and technical base and the state of highly skilled specialists.

Therapeutic assistance

Stationary therapeutic assistance with attached contingents is given to patients with diseases:

• respiratory organs (pneumonia, chronic obstructive diseases of the lungs, bronchial asthma);
• organs of etching (ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum, chronic pancreatitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic helicobacter gastritis, chronic hepatitis, liver disease, gallstone disease, functional diseases of the stomach and intestines, inflammatory diseases of the intestine and many other diseases);
• cardiovascular system (ischemic heart disease, decompensation of heart failure against the background of permanent rhythm disorders, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, atherosclerotic heart defects; destabilization of arterial hypertension, vegeto-vascular dystonia);
• Kidney diseases (chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis)
• Diseases of the musculoskeletal system (arthrosis, gout, reactive arthritis, spinal osteochondrosis)
• by combined diseases of internal organs.

Inspection and treatment

Survey and treatment of patients is carried out in accordance with the standards of medical assistance taking into account the latest achievements of medicine, with observance of the rules of medical ethics and deontology, continuity in the treatment of patients.

In diagnostics, the following methods of examination are assigned:
 

• Typal guts, chronic pancreatitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic helicobacter gastritis, chronic hepatitis, liver disease, gallstone disease, functional diseases of the stomach and intestine, inflammatory diseases of the intestine and many other diseases);

• general analysis of sputum and cytological study of sputum;
• Coprogram, examination on dysbiosis;
• Functional examinations: electrocardiography, daily monitoring of blood pressure, bicycle ergometry; Holter monitoring (daily ECG) - diagnosis of conduction disorders and cardiac rhythm per day. This procedure allows our specialists for a short time to detect various heart rhythm interruptions, angina, ischemic condition against the background of physical and stress loading;
• Ultrasound of the heart, brain vessels;
• Ultrasound organs of the abdominal cavity, kidneys, thyroid gland;
• Fibrogastroduodenoscopy, fibrocolonoscopy;
• Function of external breathing;
• X-ray of respiratory organs, digestion, joints, spine;
• Computer tomography, MRI and more.
